Delivery & Documentation

Upon completion of your vessel at our yard, Medmarine makes all arrangements for delivery to your location together with all necessary drawings, documentations and certifications flag registries and classification societies may require.

Whether heavy lift or own keel delivery, we have unique experience to assist with all documentation, formalities and contracts. Med Marine successfully completed the constructions and deliveries of over 150 projects including tugboats, chemical/oil tankers, mooring and pilot boats.

Especially in own keel; our highly qualified and internationally experienced Captains and Chief Engineers deliver the tugboats built in our shipyard. All machineries and equipments have been re-tested up to their limits on the voyage by them and they report problems to the After Sales.

Med Marine is a member of European Tugowners Association since 1997, and a member of BIMCO since 2000. In addition, Med Marine was awarded ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certification in 2001 by BV.

Operation And Engine Room Training

Medmarine offers both Engine Room and Operation training to the customers’ crew. Training includes operation, familiarization and the maintenance of machineries and equipments.

Spare Parts Supply

Med Marine supplies quality marine spare parts to the world for engine parts, auxiliary equipments onboard: filters, air compressors, pumps, purifiers, refrigeration, auxiliary engines, plate coolers and evaporators etc.

We are able to supply genuine, OEM and aftermarket spares at the best rates in the market down to our comprehensive supply chain encompassing a purchase in bulk from the factories and own production facilities.

Emergency Repairs

Emergency Repairs include repairs and maintenance of: engines, hydraulic installations, electrical and electronics equipment, thrusters and steering gears, refrigeration and air condition systems, rescue boats, all types of cranes and winches, piping systems and others. Medmarine has own riding team for worldwide services and repairs in harbours.

Medmarine’s Equipment and Machinery Supplier’s & Manufacturer‘s global warranty commitments and capabilities are always at our customers’ service as well.

Remote Support & Upgrades

Medmarine also offers Online Remote Support to the customers. Through the screen transmission, the service technician takes the same point of view as the customer’s crew, which facilitates this process. At the same time, depending on the technology used, the service technician has the option of using a digital laser pointer or making notes to highlight certain areas in the image making the employee on the customer side to carry out the guided actions.

Medmarine also provides project and contractor support to the customers for the upgrades that may need for the specific working conditions such as reinforcement of steel structures, foundations, capacities of winches, pumps, engine and genset powers etc. Criterias such as class compliance and safe operation are at the forefront while evaluating the upgrades requested by customers.
